As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive with solid experience in the steel or metal trading sector to join our growing team.

Role Overview:The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B metal sales, an understanding of various steel grades and products (e.g., HR/CR coils, plates, TMT, pipes, structural steel), and an existing network of clients or vendors in the market. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client accounts, and identifying new business opportunities across the region.

• Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Generate new leads, prospect potential clients (fabricators, construction firms, manufacturing units, and end-users), and convert inquiries into profitable sales.

• Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients and suppliers to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.

• Market Intelligence: Keep a close watch on daily market trends, price fluctuations, competitor pricing, and demand-supply dynamics within the steel and metal industry.

• Negotiation & Closing: Handle trade negotiations, coordinate pricing, manage order execution, and ensure timely delivery in alignment with internal operations.

• Payment Collection: Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure adherence to credit terms and company financial policies.

• Requirements & Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 1 to 4 years of proven sales experience specifically within the steel trading, metal distribution, or heavy industrial B2B sales sector.

• Industry Knowledge: Good working knowledge of steel specifications, applications, and current market conditions.
• 
  
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
