Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day clients and operational requirements
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, hotels, airlines and other travel partners
- Prepare and manage quotations, bookings, confirmations and travel documents
- Coordinate flight, hotel, transfer and sightseeing requirements
- Follow up with suppliers and ensure timely confirmations
- Maintain accurate booking and client records in the CRM
- Handle client queries through phone, WhatsApp and email
- Monitor pending payments, confirmations and operational follow-ups
- Ensure all client requirements are completed accurately and on time
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover from sale to execution
- Identify potential issues before they affect the client
- Take ownership of resolving operational issues and provide timely updates
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
- Learn and understand travel destinations, products, processes and booking systems
- Support the team during busy periods and high-volume travel seasons
