- Recruit and develop insurance advisors.

- Generate business through advisors and their networks.

- Achieve sales targets.

🔹 Banca Channel – Relationship Manager / Sales Manager

- Generate business through bank branches.

- Coordinate with bank staff and customers.

- Achieve insurance sales targets.

🔹 Direct Sales Channel – Direct Sales / Relationship Manager

- Generate business through direct customer interactions.

- Handle leads, customer meetings, and policy sales.

- Achieve sales and revenue targets.

2️⃣ HEALTH INSURANCE – MUMBAI LOCATION 

Industry: Health Insurance

Position: Frontline Sales – Agency, Banca & Direct Sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate health insurance business through the assigned sales channel.

- Build relationships with customers, agents, and banking partners, as applicable.

- Generate leads, explain health insurance products, and close sales.

- Achieve assigned business targets.
