Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Incentives

• Job ResponsibilitiesManage and lead the insurance sales team.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate new business through calls, leads, references and other sources.
• Guide and motivate team members to improve sales performance.
• Handle customer queries and maintain good customer relationships.
• Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups and conversions.
• Prepare and share regular sales reports with management.
• Coordinate with Operations and other departments for smooth policy processing.
• Train team members on insurance products and sales processes.
• Requirements2–5 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
• Previous experience in team handling/team management preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products and processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
