Job Description

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented and well-spoken Sales Manager to join our clinic team.

  • Key Responsibilities📞 Make follow-up calls to existing and potential patients
  • 💬 Convert enquiries into clinic appointments
  • 📅 Manage and coordinate patient appointments
  • 🔄 Follow up with existing patients for repeat treatments
  • 💰 Handle cross-selling & upselling of clinic treatments and packages
  • 📋 Maintain daily enquiry, follow-up and sales records
  • 🤝 Build strong relationships with patients and improve patient retention
  • 🎯 Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
  • Candidate RequirementsExperience in sales, telecalling, hospitality, healthcare or beauty/aesthetic industry preferred
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills
  • Confident personality with good follow-up skills
  • Comfortable speaking with patients on calls and WhatsApp
  • Target-oriented and motivated to earn incentives
