Job Description
Architect & Consultant Sales
- Identify and meet architects, design firms, interior designers, and project consultants in the assigned territory.
- Present company products, catalogues, samples, and material specifications.
- Get company products specified in project drawings, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Follow up on specified projects until they convert into orders.
Business Development
- Generate leads from developers, builders, civil contractors, and PMC firms.
- Track upcoming residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Prepare and submit quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms within approved limits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Marketing & Branding
- Organize product presentations, CPD sessions, and site visits for architects.
- Coordinate with the design team on brochures, catalogues, and social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and architect meets.
- Maintain the company's portfolio of completed projects.
Coordination & Reporting
- Work with the AutoCAD/design team and the sales coordinator for drawings, estimates, and technical clarifications.
- Coordinate with the site and execution team for smooth handover after order confirmation.
- Coordinate with the accounts team on payment follow-ups and collections.
- Maintain the lead tracker/CRM and submit daily visit reports and weekly sales reports.
