Job Description – Customer Service Officer (CSO)

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular field visits and interact with customers.

- Identify potential customers and generate leads for micro-banking and loan products.

- Explain banking services, loan products and eligibility criteria to customers.

- Support customer acquisition, loan applications and follow-ups.

- Assist with customer documentation and verification as per bank procedures.

- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

- Achieve assigned business targets and support branch growth.

- Travel within the assigned area for customer meetings and field activities.

Important Instructions for Freshers

- This is a field-based sales and banking job, not a desk job.

- Regular travelling, customer interaction and sales activities are part of the role.
