Sales Support Executive

Role Objective:

To support the core sales team by managing inbound lead flows, maintaining accurate customer records, drafting quotations, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management: Process and qualify inbound leads generated from digital marketing efforts and B2B platforms (like IndiaMart), ensuring they are promptly logged and assigned.
• Sales Support: Prepare sales quotations, and product specification documents for clients in the adhesive, paint, coating, and construction sectors.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, communication logs, and sales pipelines within the company's CRM system.
• Order Coordination: Act as a bridge between the sales, purchase, and dispatch teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and delivered on time.
• Client Communication: Handle basic customer inquiries, follow up on pending payments, and send out requested marketing materials when requested by clients
• Support Executive Director for adhoc related activities
• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer service in a B2B environment.
• Highly organized with strong data entry, Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional client interactions.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
