Job Description
Position: Loss & Prevention Associate
Department: Store Operations / Loss Prevention
Location: Retail Store
- Key Responsibilities:Monitor customer and employee movement within the store to prevent theft, pilferage, and inventory shrinkage.
- Conduct baggage checks and ensure compliance with store security procedures.
- Monitor CCTV footage and report any suspicious activities immediately.
- Ensure proper inward and outward material movement documentation.
- Control store entry/exit points and maintain visitor records.
- Support stock audit activities and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure adherence to safety, security, and emergency response protocols.
- Coordinate with Store Manager and Regional Vigilance team on security-related matters.
- Prepare daily vigilance reports and maintain incident records.
- Assist in crowd management during peak business periods and promotional events.
