Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and active person for the position of Security Guard Rounder + Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit security sites regularly and check guards’ attendance, uniform and discipline.
- Monitor security guards and ensure proper duty performance.
- Handle site-related issues and coordinate with the office team.
- Recruit security guards as per company requirements.
- Search and contact candidates through calls, WhatsApp and other sources.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Arrange immediate deployment of selected candidates at client sites.
- Maintain proper coordination between security guards, candidates and the office team.
- Willingness to travel to different client sites in Mumbai.
Requirements:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Field work and travelling required.
- Security or recruitment experience will be preferred.
- Must be responsible, active and punctual.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
