Senior Account Executive

Chillcare Apparels is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage and maintain our day-to-day accounting operations. The role will involve regular accounting entries, ledger management, reconciliation, and ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded in our accounting system.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounts and financial records
• Enter and verify purchase, sales, expense, payment and receipt transactions in the accounting system
• Regularly tally and reconcile ledgers, bank accounts and party accounts
• Maintain vendor and customer ledgers
• Check invoices, bills and supporting documents for accuracy
• Identify discrepancies in accounts and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution
• Manage accounts payable and receivable records
• Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements
• Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports when required
• Ensure accounts are updated regularly and records are properly maintained
• Coordinate with the senior management, vendors, customers and external CA/accounting team as required
• Requirements2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Experience with Tally / accounting ERP / Excel
• Strong understanding of ledgers, reconciliation, purchases, sales and expenses
• Good Excel skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to independently identify and resolve accounting discrepancies

Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing, garment, textile or trading company.
