Senior Account Executive - Warehouse

Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive who can take ownership of day-to-day accounting activities related to our warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, vendor reconciliation, and operational finance.

The role requires close coordination with warehouse operations, vendors, and internal finance teams to ensure accurate accounting, timely reconciliations, and compliance with applicable statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities related to warehouse operations.
• Prepare and process Debit Notes and Credit Notes accurately and on time.
• Handle Trade and Non-Trade accounting activities.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely posting of transactions.
• Manage vendor accounting, ledger reconciliation, and vendor communication.
• Perform bank and vendor ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve accounting-related queries and documentation requirements.
• Ensure accurate accounting and documentation of invoices, expenses, and other financial transactions.
• Manage daily accounting requirements arising from warehouse operations.
• Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable GST, TDS, and other taxation and statutory requirements.
• Work closely with the Finance and Operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient financial processes.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience in Accounting and Taxation.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other applicable taxation processes.
• Practical experience in Debit Note and Credit Note processing.
• Experience in vendor accounting, reconciliation, and communication.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and day-to-day accounting processes.
• Experience working with warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or operations-related accounting will be preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
