Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, ledgers, vouchers, and books of accounts.
• Handle bank, UPI, payment gateway, wallet and merchant settlement reconciliations.
• Reconcile customer collections, refunds, chargebacks, payouts, and vendor payments.
• Manage accounting for travel bookings, hotels, airlines, vendors, agents, and corporate clients.
• Track receivables, payables, advances, refunds, commissions, and outstanding balances.
• Prepare and verify invoices, debit/credit notes and payment documentation.
• Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance and coordinate with consultants/auditors.
• Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet schedules, cash-flow reports and management reports.
• Monitor daily cash and bank positions and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, finance, vendors, banks and payment partners.
• Identify discrepancies, duplicate transactions and reconciliation mismatches and resolve them promptly.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and other financial analysis as required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS and basic statutory compliance.
• Experience in bank and payment reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
