Job Description
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PT, and other statutory compliances
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports
- Coordinate with auditors, CA, banks, and government authorities
- Maintain payroll records and employee reimbursements
- Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance documentation
- Maintain proper accounting entries in Tally/ERP software
- Assist management with budgeting and financial planning
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- 4–7 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting standards
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
