Senior Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts & Finance Executive to independently manage complete accounting operations, taxation compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in finalization of accounts, GST & TDS filings, audits, and MIS reporting, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Finalize books of accounts including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and schedules

Handle GST & TDS compliance, returns, reconciliations, and statutory filings

Manage general ledger, journal entries, accruals, provisions, and adjustments

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

Process sales, purchase, expense, and payment transactions accurately

Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial analysis

Maintain debtor/creditor records and follow up on collections

Coordinate vendor and client payments

Assist in internal, statutory, and tax audits

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Work on Tally (mandatory) and ERP systems

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance

5+ years of Accounts & Finance experience

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

Hands-on experience with Tally

Experience in finalization of accounts and audit coordination

Strong analytical and reconciliation skills

High accuracy and ownership mindset

Good communication skills

Preferred

Experience in CA firms, healthcare, event management, or service industries

Exposure to MIS reporting and cash flow statements

Ability to work independently
