Senior Engineer

Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee daily construction activities, direct site staff and subcontractors, and ensure execution matches structural drawings, project specifications, and local code requirements.

​Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC): Conduct regular inspections of materials, workmanship, structural elements, concrete pours, and steel reinforcement to enforce design specifications.

​Progress Monitoring & Scheduling: Track project timelines against baseline construction schedules, identify delays, and implement corrective measures to keep the site on track.

​Technical Problem-Solving: Resolve complex engineering design clashes, structural issues, and unforeseen site conditions in consultation with structural engineers and project managers.

​Subcontractor & Resource Management: Manage labor allocation, assign tasks to subcontractors, track material deliveries, and authorize contractor measurement sheets and invoices.

​Health, Safety, & Environment (HSE): Enforce strict job-site safety standards, ensure compliance with OSHA or national safety guidelines, and conduct toolbox talks and safety audits.

​Documentation & Reporting: Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), track material test logs, record structural inspection check-sheets, and maintain site journals and variation orders.
