**Job Responsibilities:**

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, and initial interview rounds.

• Prepare and publish job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.

• Handle employee documentation, joining formalities, and onboarding.

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

• Ensure proper maintenance of HR files and recruitment reports.

**Candidate Requirements:**

• Prior experience in recruitment and HR operations is preferred.

• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and recruitment portals.

• Ability to manage multiple HR activities independently.
