The ideal candidate will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, oversee day-to-day HR and administrative processes, mentor junior HR team members, and ensure seamless execution of employee lifecycle activities.

In addition to core HR responsibilities, the candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders, support business development activities by overseeing online bidding requirements, and build, manage, and strengthen a robust network of freelancers and project-based professionals across multiple domains. The role also involves contributing to the development of scalable HR systems and processes, requiring strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment independently.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for full-time, freelance, and project-based hiring.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, referrals, freelance platforms, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates while coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and future hiring requirements.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining recruitment quality and candidate experience.
  • Guide and mentor junior HR Executives throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Oversee onboarding, documentation, employee records, and HR compliance.
  • Manage HRMS/CRM platforms for employee data, attendance, leave management, documentation, and administrative workflows.
  • Coordinate with the CRM development team to drive continuous process automation, system enhancements, and workflow improvements, ensuring efficient, scalable, and seamless HR operations.
  • Own and manage end-to-end statutory HR compliances, including PF, ESIC, payroll processing, labour law compliance, and employee-related statutory filings, ensuring accurate and timely execution within the organization.
  • Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented consistently across the organisation.
  • Monitor and improve HR operational processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Employee Management & Engagement

  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for employee queries and day-to-day support.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance discussions, and feedback processes.
  • Assist in conflict resolution while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Support employee retention and culture-building initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage employee behaviour, workplace discipline, and interpersonal concerns, promoting a culture of accountability, professionalism, and mutual respect.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Supervise, mentor, and support HR team members in achieving recruitment and operational goals.
  • Allocate responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure timely execution of HR deliverables.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
  • Prepare and present HR reports, recruitment metrics, and operational updates to management.

Bid Process Management

  • Support, oversee and lead the bidding activities.
  • Coordinate with the business development team to understand project requirements and staffing needs.
  • Manage freelancer and consultant databases while ensuring resource availability for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Contribute towards proposal planning by aligning suitable talent resources with client requirements.

Requirements

  • Up to 3 years of experience in HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
  • Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience in managing HRMS/CRM software and HR documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment strategies, and basic labour law compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and HR analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.
  • Experience in handling freelance/project-based hiring will be an added advantage.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

What We Offer

  • Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 per month
  • Performance-based incentives and rewards linked to individual and organizational achievements.
  • Opportunity to lead and build HR processes in a growing organisation.
  • Exposure to recruitment across multiple industries and business verticals.
  • Leadership responsibilities with direct interaction with senior management.
  • Opportunity to contribute to recruitment strategy, operations, and business growth.
  • A collaborative, performance-driven, and people-first work culture where initiative and ownership are valued.
