SENIOR MANAGER CLIENT SERVICING Mumbai | Gurgaon POSITION OVERVIEW The Senior Manager Client Servicing will serve as the face of the company, responsible for planning, managing, and executing a comprehensive range of events including media drives, employee meets, dealer conferences, festivals, and special events. This role demands strategic vision combined with meticulous execution, ensuring all events exceed client expectations while maintaining budgetary discipline. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION • Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Event Management or MBA WORK EXPERIENCE • Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in the event and/or media industry KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop in-depth understanding of client requirements and translate briefs clearly to relevant internal stakeholders • Ensure successful project execution within stipulated timelines and budgetary constraints • Manage resource scheduling for both internal and external resources aligned with event specifications • Conduct quality control assessments of external resources including manpower, event-specific collaterals, and event production • Oversee quality and consistency of internal resource deliverables throughout the event lifecycle • Prepare comprehensive project checklists, timelines, and milestones to ensure smooth planning and execution • Monitor progress against planning modules and manage any deviations proactively • Oversee budgeting processes in collaboration with production managers to maintain financial controls • Drive successful account management of key accounts through target achievement and effective resource allocation • Collaborate with creative teams during ideation phases to develop concepts aligned with client objectives • Manage small to medium-sized events independently; direct and mentor teams for larger-scale events • Maintain detailed documentation and post-event analysis for continuous improvement DESIRED COMPETENCIES • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills • Demonstrated project planning and execution expertise • Proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams • In-depth industry knowledge of events and media landscape • Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities • Strategic thinking with attention to detail • Client relationship management and negotiation skills • Crisis management and problem-solving aptitude • Proficiency in event management tools and software • Budget management and financial acumen
