Senior Technician

Key Responsibility:-

• Perform diagnosis, inspection, repair and maintenance of vehicles.
• Identify mechanical, electrical and electronic faults using appropriate diagnostic equipment.
• Handle major and minor repairs as per manufacturer/service standards.
• Perform engine, transmission, suspension, braking and other vehicle-related repairs.
• Diagnose and resolve vehicle electrical and electronic issues.
• Use diagnostic scanners and workshop tools effectively.
• Ensure all repair work is completed accurately and within the given timeline.
• Conduct quality checks after completion of repair work.
• Guide and support junior technicians in technical troubleshooting and repair activities.
• Follow OEM/company repair procedures, safety standards and workshop guidelines.
• Maintain proper job cards, repair records and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Workshop Supervisors regarding vehicle repair requirements.
• Ensure proper handling and care of customer vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and discipline within the workshop.
