Position: Shift Manager

Experience: 1–3 years in QSR / Restaurant / Food & Hospitality Industry

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• Job ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise daily restaurant operations during the assigned shift.
• Lead and guide the crew team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Allocate duties to team members and monitor their performance.
• Ensure timely preparation, packing, and dispatch of customer orders.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Ensure proper handling of cash, digital payments, and POS transactions.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and assist with daily stock management.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure availability of ingredients and supplies.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Monitor attendance, grooming, discipline, and adherence to company policies.
• Train and support new team members on operational procedures and food safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety regulations, and health protocols.
• Monitor wastage and take necessary steps to minimize operational losses.
• Prepare and maintain shift-related reports and handover information.
• Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager/Area Manager for operational requirements.
• Ensure smooth and fast service during peak hours while maintaining customer satisfaction.
