Shop Staff

Role:

We are looking for friendly and responsible Shop Staff to assist customers, show fabric collections, pack orders, and send product photos and updates via WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities:

• Show fabrics and products to walk-in customers
• Assist with order packing and labeling
• Click and share product photos with customers on WhatsApp
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop
• Support billing and basic record-keeping as needed

Requirements:

• Basic communication skills (Hindi/local language)
• Familiar with using WhatsApp and smartphone camera
• Honest, polite, and good at customer interaction
• Experience in textile or retail shop preferred but not necessary
