Showroom Sales Representative

Collect and verify customer documents required for vehicle loan/finance processing.

Coordinate with customers and the finance team for smooth loan processing.

Follow up with customers for pending or additional documents.

Maintain proper records of customer documents and loan applications.

Occasionally visit customers' homes for document collection or verification.

Visit the branch office twice a week to submit customer documents.

Coordinate with the vehicle store, customers, and finance/branch team.

Ensure all documents are complete and submitted within the required timelines.

Assist customers with basic queries related to loan documentation.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain proper documentation.

Willingness to travel locally for document collection when required.

Candidates with experience in banking, NBFC, vehicle finance, loan processing, or documentation will be preferred.

Freshers with good communication and coordination skills can also apply.
