Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee façade installation activities and ensure smooth execution of projects at site. The role involves coordinating manpower, materials, equipment, and site activities while ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination skills, a learning mindset, and the ability to maintain accurate site documentation and progress records.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise façade installation works including curtain wall, glazing, cladding, aluminium systems, and related exterior works. 

• Coordinate daily site activities, including manpower deployment, material availability, tools, equipment, and crane/material shifting requirements. 

• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines. 

• Guide and coordinate with workers, subcontractors, Site Engineers, and Project Managers for smooth project execution. 

• Monitor daily progress, labour attendance, material consumption, and maintain accurate site records. 

• Identify and escalate site issues and coordinate for timely resolution to avoid project delays. 

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, planning documents, and contractor performance reports. 

• Maintain and submit project documentation such as MIR, WIR, MAS, Delivery Challans, Work Permits, Gate Passes, and other site-related records. 

Required Skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. 

• Knowledge of façade installation and site execution activities. 

• Understanding of construction site safety practices and quality standards. 

• Strong coordination and teamwork skills. 

• Good documentation and reporting skills. 

• Planning and organizational abilities. 

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 

• Positive attitude with strong learning agility. 

• Ability to manage subcontractors and site workforce. 

• Basic proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation. 

Good to Have Skills

• Experience in curtain wall, ACP cladding, glazing, or aluminium façade systems. 

• Exposure to unitized and semi-unitized façade systems. 

• Experience in preparing MIR, WIR, MAS, and related documentation. 

• Knowledge of material measurement and billing support activities. 

• Familiarity with construction permits and client documentation processes. 

• Basic understanding of project scheduling and planning activities. 

Qualification & Education

• Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline. 

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of site execution experience preferred. Candidates without relevant qualifications must have prior site experience. Freshers with relevant qualifications may apply.

• Work Mode: WFO 

• Location: Mumbai

• Notice Period: immediate preferred, notice period not more than one month.
