Experience: 4–5 Years

Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction and machinery-related activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, coordinating labour, monitoring site activities, and ensuring work is completed safely and as planned.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction and site activities.
• Coordinate and manage workers and labour at the site.
• Supervise machinery installation and related work.
• Allocate work to workers and monitor daily progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, and other site personnel.
• Ensure work is completed according to instructions and timelines.
• Monitor material, tools, and machinery requirements at the site.
• Maintain discipline and ensure proper site practices.
• Report daily work progress and site-related issues to management.
• Be willing to travel and work at different project locations.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in construction or machinery-related work.
• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.
• Good knowledge of construction/site work and labour handling.
• Ability to manage and coordinate workers effectively.
• Responsible, hardworking, and disciplined.
• Willingness to travel and work at different project sites.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
