Social Media & Digital Growth Manager

Live Fiesta is looking for a Social Media & Digital Growth Manager to manage our social media presence and drive measurable growth through content, paid campaigns and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage social media content across Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Run and optimise Meta Ads campaigns focused on reach, engagement, leads and ticket sales.
• Develop event-specific digital marketing and growth strategies.
• Coordinate with designers, creators and influencers for campaign execution.
• Build and manage audiences, retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
• Track campaign performance, conversions, ROAS and key growth metrics.
• Identify trends and content opportunities across entertainment, events and youth culture.
• Work closely with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with ticket sales and event requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, content strategy and performance campaigns.
• Good communication, copywriting and analytical skills.
• Experience in events, entertainment, ticketing, media or consumer brands is preferred.
