Job Summary

Blue Gems and Jewels Company Private Limited is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow the company's digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, handling Instagram activities, increasing brand awareness, and driving audience engagement across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, especially Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

Plan, create, schedule, and publish daily social media content.

Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Instagram Handling & Activities

Manage daily Instagram activities including posts, stories, reels, highlights, and live sessions.

Create engaging captions, hashtags, and content ideas aligned with brand objectives.

Monitor Instagram trends and implement creative content strategies.

Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors for promotional campaigns.

Track Instagram growth, engagement rates, reach, and performance metrics.

Content Creation

Coordinate product photography, videos, reels, and promotional creatives.

Assist in creating content related to jewelry collections, gemstone education, customer testimonials, and brand campaigns.

Work closely with the design and marketing teams to develop visually appealing content.

Marketing & Analytics

Run and monitor social media campaigns and promotions.

Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly reports.

Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Suggest innovative ideas to increase followers, engagement, and lead generation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in social media management.

Strong knowledge of Instagram marketing, reels, stories, and audience engagement techniques.

Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other content creation tools.

Excellent communication and content-writing skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Passion for fashion, jewelry, luxury, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
