* Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on expertise)

## Job Description & Responsibilities

* Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok to attract prospective students looking to study abroad.

* Content Creation: Ideate, create, and curate high-quality content—including reels, videos, graphics, student testimonials, and informative posts about visas, universities, and courses.

* Campaign Management: Plan and manage organic and paid social media campaigns to generate high-quality leads for our counseling teams.

* Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to queries, build an active online student community, and track daily engagement.

* Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics (ROI, reach, engagement, conversion rates) and prepare weekly/monthly reports to optimize future strategies.

* Trend Adaptation: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities in the overseas education industry.

## Requirements & Qualifications

* 5–6 years of proven experience managing professional social media accounts, preferably in the study abroad, ed-tech, or higher education industry.

* Deep understanding of social media algorithms, SEO principles, and lead generation mechanics.

* Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing mobile apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot).

* Excellent command over written and spoken English with strong storytelling abilities.

* Ability to work from our Andheri West office.
