About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, presentable, creative and energetic female Social Media & Online Operations Executive to manage our social media presence and coordinate day-to-day online customer activities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable appearing in short videos/Reels, creating engaging social media content, communicating with customers on WhatsApp, and coordinating online orders received through WhatsApp and our website.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business and other social media platforms.
• Create and publish Posts, Stories, Reels and short-form videos regularly.
• Develop creative content ideas for products, offers, promotions and campaigns.
• Create and appear in short promotional videos/Reels for the brand.
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across social media.
• Reply to comments, DMs and customer enquiries.
• Monitor engagement and suggest ideas to increase followers and reach.

Customer & Order Coordination

• Handle customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and website.
• Coordinate and process online orders.
• Follow up with customers regarding order details, payments, delivery and other requirements.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and dispatch.
• Maintain basic records of enquiries, orders and follow-ups.
• Ensure customers receive timely and professional responses.

Content & Marketing

• Take basic product photographs/videos and create promotional content.
• Participate in brand photoshoots and video shoots when required.
• Stay updated with current Instagram/Reels and social media trends.
• Assist with promotional campaigns, offers and online marketing activities.
• Candidate RequirementsFemale candidate preferred for brand-facing video/content responsibilities.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi; Gujarati is an advantage.
• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera for Reels and promotional videos.
• Presentable and camera-friendly appearance suitable for representing a lifestyle/consumer brand.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp Business.
• Good customer-handling and communication skills.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and follow up independently.
• Prior experience in social media, e-commerce, digital marketing, customer support or sales will be an advantage.

CompensationSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Additional incentives may be provided based on performance and business targets.

ImportantThis is a brand-facing role. The candidate should be comfortable representing the brand on camera, creating authentic short videos, communicating professionally with customers, and coordinating online orders.
