Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow our Instagram and other social media platforms

* Plan and create engaging content, including Reels, posts, stories and promotional content

* Coordinate with the video editor, videographer and graphic designer to plan, produce and publish marketing content

* Provide clear creative briefs, references and concepts to the creative team

* Come up with fresh content ideas and marketing campaigns from scratch

* Create content around our products, features, offers and the dumbphone lifestyle

* Research trending topics, formats and content ideas relevant to our target audience

* Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations

* Identify suitable micro-influencers and approach them for product collaborations

* Help plan and execute sales campaigns, offers and promotions

* Monitor social media performance and suggest ways to improve reach, engagement and conversions

* Assist with basic digital marketing activities and lead generation

* Coordinate with the internal team to ensure marketing campaigns and content are delivered on time

* Keep track of competitor activity and identify new marketing opportunities
