Job Description
On-grid, off-grid & hybrid solar system installation
Solar panel mounting structure installation
Panel installation and DC cable dressing
Inverter, ACDB/DCDB and earthing connection
Cable laying and termination
System testing & commissioning
Solar system troubleshooting and maintenance
Site inspection and basic fault finding
Follow electrical and rooftop safety procedures
Complete installation reports/checklists
Qualification:
ITI Electrician / Wireman preferred
10th/12th with relevant solar installation experience can also apply
1–3 years solar installation experience preferred
Knowledge of electrical wiring and basic tools required
Rooftop work experience preferred
Ability to travel to project sites
Skills Required:
Solar panel installation
Inverter installation
Electrical wiring
MC4 crimping
Multimeter/DC voltage testing
Earthing
Basic troubleshooting
Safe working at height
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience
TA/DA: As per company/project policy
