Experience Required: 6–10+ years in professional kitchen operations, preferably in premium restaurants, resorts, cafés, or hotels.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the complete kitchen operations.
• Handle Indian, Chinese, Continental and other multicuisine preparations.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation and portion control.
• Create and update menus, specials and seasonal dishes.
• Manage food cost, wastage, inventory and kitchen budgets.
• Train, supervise and motivate the kitchen team.
• Ensure strict hygiene, food safety and kitchen SOPs.
• Coordinate with the restaurant management and service team.
• Manage high-volume operations while maintaining quality.
• Handle vendor coordination, ordering and stock management.
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours and events.

Experience Required: 5–8+ years of strong Pan-Asian culinary experience.

• Create and maintain a premium Pan-Asian menu.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation and portion control.
• Manage food cost, wastage and inventory.
