URGENT HIRING –

SOUS CHEF / KITCHEN MANAGER  

An excellent opportunity to work with a legendary brand under the guidance of multiple award-winning Master Chef Deepa Awchat! 

Key Requirements: • Strong knowledge of Goan, Regional Maharashtrian & Coastal South Indian cuisine. • Food cost control, quality management & inventory control. • Kitchen staffing, team management & leadership during peak operations. • FSSAI & FoSCoS knowledge/certification. • Good English communication; ability to interact with guests when required. • Computer knowledge with hands-on experience in inventory software, MS Excel & Word.
