Job Description
We are looking for a smart, adaptable, and energetic Startup Executive to work across different functions for FabBox and our wellness/meditation project “Free Mind”.
This is a dynamic startup-style role where you will gain hands-on exposure to operations, coordination, admin work, communication, execution, and day-to-day business activities.
Location: Full-Time, Work from Office (Mumbai)- Mandatory
Experience: Fresher to 3 years
Salary: ₹10,000 – 18,000
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily operations and coordination
• Assist across multiple departments and projects
• Handle basic admin and backend tasks
• Coordinate schedules, follow-ups, and execution
• Support online class operations (non-teaching)
• Help with day-to-day business activities and problem-solving
Requirements:
Studying in any stream — BMS, BBA, BCom, Good communication skills
Basic computer & MS Office knowledge
Candidate must have own laptop
Willingness to learn and multitask
Positive and proactive attitude
