Job Description

*Team Member (Steward)*

Responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring efficient food and beverage service, maintaining hygiene standards, and creating a positive guest experience


Welcome guests and provide courteous, prompt, and professional service.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests efficiently.

Assist guests with menu selections and provide product information when required.

Ensure tables, service stations, and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.

Follow company standards for food safety, hygiene, and sanitation.

Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely order delivery.

Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

Process bills and assist with cash, card, and digital payment transactions.

Promote ongoing offers, combos, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales.
