Demat & Trading Account Acquisition

Position: Sales Executive / Relationship Executive

Department: Sales – Demat & Trading Account Opening

Employment: Full-Time

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Generate new leads for Demat & Trading Account opening

* Contact customers through calls, WhatsApp and approved sales channels

* Explain Demat/Trading account benefits and onboarding process

* Convert leads into successfully opened and activated accounts

* Assist customers with digital KYC and account-opening formalities

* Follow up with customers until account activation

* Generate referrals and build a strong customer network

* Maintain daily call, lead and conversion MIS

* Achieve monthly account-opening and activation targets

* Maintain excellent customer relationships

* Follow company, KYC and applicable regulatory/compliance requirements

CANDIDATE PROFILE

* Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

Female Candidate required 

* Freshers can apply; BFSI/Broking/Insurance/Banking/BPO sales experience preferred

* Excellent communication and convincing skills

* Strong sales & negotiation ability

* Target-oriented and self-motivated

* Comfortable with outbound calling and customer follow-up

* Basic knowledge of Demat Account, Trading, Equity, Nifty & Sensex preferred

* Good knowledge of mobile apps and basic computer operations
