Store Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Find and gather correct items from warehouse shelves using order sheets or digital scanners.
• Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage, defects, or missing parts before packing.
• Packaging and Labeling: Place items safely into appropriate boxes, seal packages, and attach shipping labels.
• Inventory Tracking: Record stock levels, report low inventory, and update computer systems.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and operate basic equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts safely.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

• Unload fresh stock coming from central warehouses and scan it into the system.
• Arrange products systematically on shelves according to the store layout.
• Update stock levels digitally using the store management application to avoid system errors.
• Conduct regular audits and physical counts to verify inventory records.

3. Store Maintenance & Compliance

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards inside the dark store at all times.

Follow safety protocols while handling heavy crates or material handling equipment.
