Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Store Helper to keep our pet shop clean, organised, and running smoothly. You will support the indoor team and help customers have a pleasant shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep the shop, shelves, and display areas clean and tidy at all times
- Receive new stock, check it against the bill or list, and make sure it is properly accounted for
- Arrange and display products neatly so customers can find them easily
- Assist customers by guiding them to products and answering basic queries
- Support the indoor staff with daily tasks such as packing, restocking, and billing help
- Keep storage areas organised and report low stock or damaged items
- Follow hygiene practices when handling pet products and around animals
Requirements
- Good personal hygiene and a neat, presentable appearance
- Team player who works well with others
- Self-starter who takes initiative without waiting to be told
- Honest, punctual, and dependable
- Basic communication skills in Hindi/Marathi (English is a plus)
- Comfortable around pets (a plus)
- Prior retail or shop experience preferred, but freshers can apply
Working Hours - 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM (indoor job)
Salary ₹15,000 per month
