Working Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Job Description:

• Talent Acquisition – 70%Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to offer closure.
• Understand hiring requirements and prepare/coordinate suitable candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical/functional interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, and offer negotiations.
• Coordinate background/reference verification wherever applicable.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates.
• Ensure positions are closed within agreed timelines and hiring targets.
• Employee Onboarding – 30%Coordinate the complete pre-joining and onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Collect and verify required employee documents.
• Coordinate joining formalities, HR documentation, and employee records.
• Ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams for induction, system access, seating, ID cards, and other onboarding requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee onboarding records and trackers.
• Address new-joiner queries and ensure timely completion of onboarding activities.
