- 📌 Job ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions.
- Hire Pickers, Packers, Loaders, Unloaders, Warehouse Staff, and other frontline workers.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and walk-ins.
- Screen candidates and explain job requirements, salary, and benefits.
- Coordinate interviews, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports.
- ✅ RequirementsMinimum 1–2 years of experience in HR recruitment.
- Experience in blue-collar / logistics / warehouse hiring is mandatory.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to manage bulk hiring and meet joining targets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
