Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Team Member to support day-to-day operations, deliver excellent service, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages as per standard procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area.
• Handle billing and cash/card transactions when required.
• Ensure proper stocking and availability of required items.
• Follow company SOPs, safety standards, and hygiene guidelines.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Address basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
• Support opening and closing activities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass preferred.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior experience in a similar service role will be an advantage.
