Job Description

Role: IT Recruiter/ Non IT Recruiter

Job Location: Goregaon East - 400067 and Kandivali East - 400101

Experience Required: 0-2 Years Max

Salary: 15k to 25k NTH + Incentives (depending on Interview)


Key Responsibilities:


  • Source candidates through job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, Apnajobs, etc) and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers.
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining status.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future requirements.


Qualification:

For IT Recruiter - BSc IT, BCA, B.TECH/B.E Computer Sci

For Non IT - any Graduate with good score.
