We are looking for a Telecaller to handle customer calls, communicate with potential customers, and support business requirements through effective telephonic communication. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
- Explain products, services, or offers clearly.
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain call records.
- Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth customer handling.

- Education: 12th Pass
- Experience: Freshers Only
