Position: Tele caller Executive

Experience: 2–4 years

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Work Mode: Work from Office


Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads for renewal process.
  • Explain insurance plans, benefits, coverage and policy details to customers.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
  • Maintain regular communication and build good relationships with customers.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and sales follow-ups.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales/telecalling.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance products and processes.
  • Comfortable working from the Goregaon office.
