Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and target-oriented Finance Telecaller to connect with potential customers, explain business loan and financial product offerings, generate qualified leads, and coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers regarding business loans and financial products.
• Generate leads from potential borrowers, business owners, and SMEs.
• Explain loan eligibility, basic documentation requirements, and available financial solutions.
• Understand customer requirements, including loan amount, business profile, and funding needs.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Collect preliminary customer information and coordinate document collection with the Relationship Manager (RM).
• Schedule meetings and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
• Maintain daily calling reports, customer records, and lead status in Excel or CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling customer information.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply; finance or telecalling experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of business loans, financial products, or banking is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
