Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Call potential clients and existing databases.
  • Fix appointments for sales executives.
  • Invite clients to property events organised by the company.
  • Follow up with clients through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Coordinate with the sales team regarding appointments and follow-ups.
  • Remind clients about meetings, events and property visits.
  • Maintain client databases and update follow-up records.
  • Handle incoming calls and basic client enquiries.
  • Manage emails and WhatsApp communication.
  • Maintain office files, records and documentation.
  • Assist with basic data entry, filing and preparing reports.
  • Maintain attendance and office registers.
  • Coordinate meetings and daily office activities.
  • Manage office stationery and basic administrative requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the management and sales team.
