Department: Renewal Retention Cell (RRC)
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Position: Renewal Retention Officer (RRO)
Job Responsibilities:
* Contact existing customers regarding their health insurance policy renewal.
* Understand customer requirements, concerns, and objections.
* Explain renewal benefits, policy features, and applicable options clearly.
* Handle customer objections related to premium, coverage, policy benefits, and renewal.
* Ensure maximum customer retention through effective communication and follow-up.
* Maintain quality standards and achieve assigned business targets.
* Record customer interactions and update relevant details accurately.
* Coordinate with internal teams for customer queries and renewal-related requirements.
* Provide a positive and customer-centric experience in every interaction.
Candidate Profile:
* Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Marathi.
* Customer-focused and confident while speaking with customers.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
* Ability to handle objections and convince customers professionally.
* Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
* Candidates from insurance, banking, BPO, telesales, or customer service backgrounds are preferred.

Working Days:Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Location:Andheri East, Mumbai
