Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Care Support Team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through calls understanding their concerns, and providing accurate and timely solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Meet assigned quality, productivity, and performance targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a team and handle customers professionally.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required
