Job Description
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken telecaller to connect with prospective students and parents and support admissions.
Responsibilities
- Call students and parents to explain courses, eligibility and the admission process.
- Follow up on enquiries and schedule counselling sessions or campus visits.
- Answer admission-related questions and guide applicants.
- Maintain accurate lead records and daily calling reports.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to achieve enrolment targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English; Marathi preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM tools.
- Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in education telecalling or admissions counselling preferred.
