Telecaller Executive – Glamour Studio Salon & Academy


📍 Location: Chembur East, Mumbai

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

About UsGlamour Studio Salon & Academy is a premium beauty destination offering world-class hair, skin, nail, and aesthetic services. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to join our growing team.


Key Responsibilities


  • Call new and existing customers to book appointments.
  • Follow up with leads received from Instagram, Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, and other marketing campaigns.
  • Re-engage inactive customers and encourage repeat visits.
  • Explain salon services, packages, memberships, and ongoing offers.
  • Confirm, reschedule, and manage customer appointments.
  • Update customer details, appointments, and call remarks in the CRM (Dingg).
  • Respond to customer enquiries professionally over phone and WhatsApp.
  • Meet daily call targets and monthly appointment booking goals.
  • Coordinate with the reception and salon team for smooth appointment management.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.


Requirements


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and CRM software is an advantage.
  • Good convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
